2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Who May Register

4.1 Minimum Deposit

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

At Conquestador Casino, we process withdrawal requests within up to 24 hours, provided that you have completed full profile verification and passed all additional checks related to your gaming profile. Once your withdrawal request has been successfully processed, the receipt of funds into your account may take additional time depending on your chosen payment method or your bank's regulations.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Turnover Requirements

We guarantee every fully verified account a minimum withdrawal of 5,000 USD per calendar month. Amounts above this threshold are processed individually and are subject to our review. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your minimum bet turnover must equal your deposit amount multiplied by 3. We reserve the right to withhold a fee of 10% from a withdrawal amount or to decline the withdrawal request entirely if the deposited funds requested to be withdrawn have not been put into play in accordance with this requirement.

We offer two free withdrawals per day. Any further withdrawals on the same day will incur a fee of 10% per transaction. By accepting bonuses from us and obtaining winnings from bonuses exceeding five thousand dollars, we reserve the right to limit such a request to a maximum of five thousand dollars within any 7-day period.

5.3 Withdrawal and Bonus Cancellation

By creating a withdrawal request, you automatically cancel all activated bonuses, including both active and pending bonuses. Even if your withdrawal request is subsequently rejected for any reason (e.g. a fraud check), your bonus balance will not be restored. You may withdraw funds from your cash wallet at any time without being subject to further qualification restrictions, provided the turnover requirement described above has been met.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Package

Our Conquestador Casino welcome package consists of five deposit bonuses, up to 200 Free Spins, a Live Casino voucher, and a Sportsbook Free Bet. All four components are released upon a qualifying first deposit of at least 20 in your account currency. The structure is as follows:

Each bonus must be activated within 70 days of your previous qualifying deposit (or of registration for the first deposit bonus). Once activated, the funds must be wagered within 30 days or they may be removed from your account.

6.2 Free Spins

We award up to 200 Free Spins distributed in 10 sets of 20 spins each. The first set is awarded upon a qualifying deposit of $20 or more; the second set is unlocked after $40 of wagering; and each subsequent set is unlocked after a further $20 of wagering. Each spin carries a value of EUR 0.10. Each set of spins expires 72 hours after the previous set's wagering requirement is completed. Free spin winnings are credited to your bonus balance and subject to a 30x wagering requirement, with a winnings cap of 10x. This offer must be claimed within 365 days of registration.

6.3 Lightning Roulette Voucher

We award a EUR 10 Lightning Roulette voucher immediately upon your first deposit of EUR 20 or more. This voucher is playable exclusively on Evolution's Lightning Roulette game. After a single wagering cycle, winnings transfer to your bonus wallet and are then subject to 30x wagering. Winnings from this voucher are capped at EUR 2,000. The voucher must be activated within 365 days of registration and qualified within 3 days of activation.

6.4 Sportsbook Free Bet

We also award a EUR 10 Sportsbook Free Bet upon your first qualifying deposit. This bet must be placed as a single bet at odds of 1.5 or greater. Only the net winnings (winnings minus the stake) are credited to your bonus wallet, after which a 20x wagering requirement applies. The Free Bet must be activated within 365 days of registration and used within 3 days of activation. Please note that any individual bet exceeding EUR 4 while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited. This stake limit applies to the total bet amount, not only the portion drawn from your bonus balance.

6.5 General Bonus Rules

Only one wagering bonus or one turnover (delayed) bonus may be active at a time. Any bonus claimed while another is active will remain in a pending status and will activate automatically once the current bonus is completed or cancelled. Activation of a second or subsequent promotional code requires a deposit between activations.

We also offer a turnover bonus mechanic: under this structure, the bonus amount is not credited immediately upon activation. Instead, you continue playing with real money, and once you reach the required betting turnover the bonus is credited directly to your real money balance. Bonuses with no wagering requirement at all bypass the queue entirely and credit straight to your real money balance.

6.6 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements

The following contribution rates apply when clearing bonus wagering requirements at our Conquestador online casino:

7. Loyalty Programme and VIP Levels

We operate two parallel player reward schemes at Conquestador Casino. The first is a seven-level scheme based on your total wagering activity within the current calendar month and the two months with the highest total bet sums from the previous four calendar months. Levels can rise and fall depending on your qualifying activity, with one calendar month of grace before a demotion takes effect.

The second scheme consists of twenty statuses: Novice, Bronze, Silver, Gold I–IV, Platinum I–VI, Diamond I–VI, and Ultimate. This scheme carries its own rebate calculations and daily reload rules. All account verification checks must be complete for you to be eligible for any level benefit.

7.1 Cashback

Cashback is calculated monthly based on your total deposits minus total payouts minus your current cash balance, multiplied by the applicable percentage for your level and game type. Cashback is credited as a deposit bonus, meaning you must deposit a percentage of the cashback amount to activate it. This deposit requirement is 100% at levels 1 and 2, 50% at levels 3 and 4, 25% at levels 5 and 6, and 0% at level 7. Cashback never carries over between calendar months.

7.2 Rebate

Our rebate accrues on eligible real money bets of at least EUR 0.10. The minimum payable rebate amount is EUR 1, and the maximum is EUR 1,000 per period. If your rebate exceeds EUR 1,000, you receive EUR 1,000 in cash value and the remainder is voided. Amounts below EUR 1 roll forward; however, if your rebate has not reached EUR 1 within six consecutive months, it resets to zero. Rebate must be activated within 7 days of being made available. Sportsbook bets at final odds below 1.5, cancelled bets, and refunded bets are all excluded from rebate calculations.

• Placing single or multiple cash stakes of 20% or more of the original bonus amount
• Building a balance and then significantly changing play patterns
• Placing large stakes followed by a reduction in stake size of 75% or more
• Placing wagers above USD 5 followed by a reduction of more than 50%
• Betting below odds of 1.60 or on games with an RTP of 98% or higher
• Exploiting loyalty programme logic, placing opposite bets in sports or live games, or exploiting technical features to build turnover

If we determine that any of these behaviours have occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void winnings already converted to real money, exclude you from our loyalty programme, and permanently block your account.
